Study for Nevada's Life, Health, or combined exam against the DOI's real blueprints.
Nevada lets you sit for a standalone Life exam, a standalone Accident and Health exam, or one combined Life and Health exam — your choice at registration. LicensePath maps every category on all three real Pearson VUE blueprints, whichever path you're licensing for.
What the real Nevada exams look like.
All three Nevada exams use a scaled passing score of 70, not a raw score or straight percent-correct, per NAC 683A.270. Each exam's national "General Knowledge" section reuses the exact same category ids and point weights as Texas's own outline — 15/15/12/8 on the life side, 16/15/6/5/8 on the health side — independent confirmation that this national taxonomy is shared across states and not coincidental.
All three Nevada exams, mapped from the DOI & Pearson VUE's own content outlines.
Nevada's own outline splits state-law content into a genuine 4-way structure — more granular than most states' outlines — one category common to life, health, property & casualty; a narrower category common to life and health only; and separate life-only and health-only categories. Each exam below pulls only the categories that actually apply to it.

Built from the Nevada Revised Statutes and Pearson VUE's own materials, not guesses.
Every Nevada question in LicensePath is sourced from Nevada Revised Statutes Chapters 679 through 690 and the Nevada Administrative Code, fetched directly from the Nevada Legislature's own site, then cross-checked against Pearson VUE's official Nevada Insurance Content Outlines before it's approved for release.
Curious how state exam blueprints are built, or why every practice question carries a citation? Two short guides cover both: what's actually on your state's insurance exam and why we cite every practice question.
